We Come to You — On-Site Drug & Alcohol Testing for Employers

OnSite Employer Testing provides mobile drug and alcohol testing for businesses. We send certified collectors to your workplace, warehouse, construction site, or fleet yard — so your employees don't have to leave work to go to a clinic. We handle DOT-regulated testing and standard workplace (non-DOT) testing across Illinois and select regions nationwide.

Certified drug test collector arriving at employer workplace for on-site mobile drug testing.

Why Skip the Clinic?

Sending employees to a drug testing clinic costs you more than you think. There's travel time, waiting room delays, missed shifts, and no-shows. When we come to you, testing takes less time, employees stay closer to the job, and HR stays in control.

  • Tests done at your location — no travel required
  • Works around your shift schedule
  • Covers DOT and non-DOT programs
  • Available for post-accident, random, pre-employment, and reasonable suspicion testing

Each page covers triggers, paperwork, and how a draw usually fits a warehouse line, yard, or job-site trailer—not a walk-in clinic. Start with mobile and on-site drug testing, then the full services list. Coverage: locations · service areas. Compare DOT vs non-DOT or the employer guide.

Workplace drug testing prep: sealed cups, printed labels, and chain-of-custody paperwork laid out on a shop-style bench for an employer collection—not a patient waiting room.
Supplies and paperwork lined up before your team steps up.

Breath alcohol, oral fluid, hair, PEth, blood, nail, and similar tests follow different timing and rules—see the specialized section on services. More depth in resources.

Fleets, warehouses, staffing, and job sites

Places where clinic runs cost coverage and floor time. Short write-ups by sector live on the industries hub.

Outdoor employer collection setup at a construction job site: staging table, specimen supplies, and workers in PPE—typical field logistics for safety-sensitive work.
Job-site staging where the crew already is—no clinic detour.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is on-site drug testing?
On-site drug testing means a certified collector comes to your workplace to collect specimens — urine, oral fluid, or breath alcohol — instead of sending employees to a clinic. It's faster, less disruptive, and easier to manage.
Do you do DOT drug testing?
Yes. We conduct DOT-regulated drug and alcohol testing under 49 CFR Part 40 for employers covered by FMCSA, FAA, FRA, FTA, PHMSA, and USCG programs.
What areas do you serve?
We're headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois and provide mobile testing across the Chicago metro area, Midwest, Texas Gulf Coast, Southeast Florida, and West Coast regions.
